Exhibition LMU

Exhibition ¡vamos, simbiosis!
In 2023, we crafted an immersive exhibition at LMU University to showcase the so far successful outcome of the ¡vamos, simbiosis! project.
My role encompassed strategy, project management, curation, and the vision behind the exhibition, which ran for two months at the entry Hall of the Biocenter. The exhibition's opening featured the premiere of the ¡vamos, simbiosis! project documentary, enhancing its impact.
Through captivating artworks and scientific displays, ¡vamos, simbiosis! engaged visitors in the urgency of ocean conservation.
As curator and strategist, my aim was to encourage active participation and promote awareness, creating interest in the project and showcasing the LMU the project outcome in Spain and what awesome content we created.
Focused on sustainable materials and local production, like working together with an inclusive institute, we also focused on a flexible set up on cardboards as the exhibition is meant to move to different locations or institutions that are interested in the ¡vamos, simbiosis! project.
This exhibition was created together with the Exhibition Designer Stefan Michaelsen and the Co-Founder of ¡vamos, simbiosis! and Artist Stephanie Guse.

Project process
The project process for the exhibition was characterized by extensive planning and communication with the university, necessitating flexibility in our concept and setup to meet their requirements. Adapting to last-minute changes in the system and materials proved challenging, particularly in handling the installation of the large banner suspended from the handrails.
